Tis the season to be jolly! It really is. But not everyone is getting the memo. I buy christmas gifts for people because it’s enjoyable not because I have to. It seems like everyone stresses themselves out about money and the right gifts when really, if you’re as close to your families and buddies as you think you are, it shouldn’t be hard, dumb ass.

It shouldn’t be about how expensive shit is or the right gift to evoke a certain reaction. It’s about doing your best and them appreciating and knowing that you tried your best to do something nice for them.

Hell I’d be happy with a shit load of chocolates because I have what I want and I have what I need. Anything on top of that would be the cherry on top of the sundae for me. I do admit that I am materialistic sometimes, but for the holidays I like know that doing something small like a simple gift can bring people together. Fuck you tickle me Elmo. Yes my fellow readers. Today I’m going to talk about my employers. Tub clothing AKA The Urban Bakery AKA The happiest place on earth. Not just because I work there. But because the shit we sell is bananas. We get it first. We set the trends and there’s a reason why people from other cities nationwide come in just to buy our swag. 2) Even if you’re aware of this little fact, it makes you want to buy more to maximize your shipping value so more often than not, you’re being dooped into spending more money than you actually planned to.

Today started off wonderfully! I was up early to do a bit of studying for my human anatomy final exam and rewarded myself by making beautiful delicious peppermint chocolate chip muffins! I had some left over to reward myself as soon as I ace my human anatomy lab exam as well. Which I did. Which made coming home to these lovely baked goods that much more rewarding. Just thought I’d share my positivity to the world today(8 I can now catch up on some much needed sleep and there will be a video uploaded for Friday. FRIDAY. FRIDAY. I recorded it and it’s ready to drop in loo of the deadline. I love you guys. Without you guys I wouldn’t be here. All of your support means everything to me! As if I’m not strange enough already. But one thing that I don’t enjoy at all is the consumption of grapes. I hate grape juice. I hate grape candy. I hate grapes. I think the world invented them specifically to annoy me. I also hate how they need extra care when you put them in the grocery bag being careful not to squish them. Who the hell are you? King of the world? Why do I buy them? To make my mother happy. She loves that shit. I on the other hand hate the texture and smell of those round little podded basterds. I love all other berried fruits.. Except for blueberries. Mother love of skankberries are they ever the smelliest pieces of sin I’ve ever had the experience of experiencing. Not a big fan of it’s potent nature and I think they should die. Them and grapes. That is all.

So today I decided to step onto the wild side and just give an iPhone a whirl. I still have my trusty black berry, but I wanted to know what the hype was about. I have an iPod touch. It’s pretty amazing. So let’s see what the phone can do!

After entertaining myself for about 2 hours just tinkering with the T-Pain application pretending I was a sensational auto-tuned RnB sensation, I found the rest of the phone not all it’s cracked up to be. There was a lot of waiting and lag. Atleast facebook worked and I was able to log in to update my hilarious statuses. If you’re not following me on twitter already, you’re missing out on a lot of smiles and snickers. I frequently update the twitpic too. Oh the hilarity..

After spending the whole day with my iPhone I decided to stick with the berry. She’s been reliable since day 1 and the battery life is way better than the iPhone. I do wish someone could help me fix my black berry problem. Facebook, twitpic and youtube is blocked. The fuck man.

Bottom line. I can’t let go of my berry and it’s user friendly features. Iphone is fun, but I need something that has flash for the camera incase I find something super hilarious to take a picture of when it’s dark.. which is pretty often.

So this begs the question:
iPhone or Blackberry, guys?

I know it’s kind of silly for me to announce, but Winnipeg is usually covered in snow by Halloween and this year the weather has been very forgiving. I’ve been thankful for all the things and people and events that have come my way. And snow seemed to be like a little gift to lighten up the mood a bit. I’ve een a little down and sick lately because of personal problems but I always have a reason to smile from the support of my youtube viewers and blog readers alike.

There is this one comment from my previous serious post about the awareness of sexual assualt that makes my day bright no matter the situation. Because I feel like I can use the voice an exposure that I have to shed light on some very serious issues like sexual assualt upon females. This was the comment that makes blogging and vlogging more meaningful and important to me. Thank you.

I still like the exact same things I did in junior high.
Except back then I was made fun of for doing good in school, loving cartoons and art because I was too ugly for boys, popularity and friend cliques because my parents taught me about the value of my future.

Now people call me brilliant, fun and creative because of all that only because I’m taking care of myself nowadays. I look and feel good. And all the girls who used to pick on me for not giving into the pointless popularity system in junior high, are now either out of school taking care of their babies with fugly baby daddies or in debt because of all the shit they bought check to check to look cool infront of their people they don’t even care about. Even both. I wonder why they give so much of a shit about being so cool.

One girl I know lives down my street and it’s sad seeing her walk around in her skin tight ed hardy sweats cutting off the circulation to her muffin top, pushing her stroller with a case of lucky on the bottom, smoking a cigarette. You’s a classy filipina woman. Goodbye to your life, popularity hoe.
